Retail Pet Professional
About the Role
We're searching for friendly, energetic people to help our customers find exactly what their pets need. As a Retail Pet Professional, you're not just ringing up transactions — you're building relationships and making a real difference in people's lives and their pets'.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage customers with top-tier, knowledgeable service
- Ask the right questions to help pet parents find perfect products
- Build lasting relationships — we want customers to feel like family
- Stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure inventory accuracy
- Learn pet nutrition, care, and the best products for every furry, feathered, or hooved friend
- Help drive sales through genuine, expert recommendations

About the Role
Our Warehouse Specialists are the heart of everything we do. Every product that hits our shelves or reaches our customers starts with you. If you love staying active and seeing the results of your hard work, this is the job for you. No desk, no micromanagement — just honest, satisfying work on a team that notices your effort.
What You'll Do
- Receive and unload deliveries — multiple pallets per week by hand
- Operate equipment — forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks
- Stock and organize inventory for the sales floor (FIFO required)
- Drive local deliveries and store transfers (valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 5+ years required)
- Assist with online order picking, packing, and fulfillment
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and running smoothly
- Engage with customers while stocking — offer friendly assistance when needed
What We're Looking For
- Hardworking and highly organized — accuracy and efficiency are key
- Physically strong — able to repetitively lift 50 lbs
- Positive, can-do attitude — team players who fuel the energy of the workplace
- Tech-comfortable — basic Microsoft computer skills required
- Detail-oriented and proactive — takes initiative on cleanliness and inventory accuracy
- Clean driving record — must be able to legally drive our full-size 3500 pickup truck
