Agri Feed Pet Supply Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all food, treats, supplies, and most other products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, your pet doesn’t like it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Exemptions
Open food and treats can be returned but must be in the manufacturer's original packaging. If the items you received are incorrect or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to accept returns on Purr & Post Cat Furniture, LEGO, riding helmets, grooming tools, products that have been personalized or customized, or used litter boxes. We appreciate your understanding.
Refund Policy
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or telephone with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is processed, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Once we have received the item, it will be inspected and processed in a timely manner.
We are not able to refund original shipping charges or the cost of return shipping unless we are at fault. These costs would be deducted from any refund available. Returns could be subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the product's original value.
If your purchase qualified for a free gift based on a spending threshold, that gift must be returned along with your qualifying items. If the gift is not returned, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
