Delivery Notice & Details

Due to the overwhelming demand and growth that our local delivery service has experienced, we are revamping our delivery terms and policies to better serve our customers in a more efficient way and to keep us aligned in our sustainable and environmental efforts. Effective July 11, 2022, we will be going to a scheduled delivery route based on geographic location and zip code. We will offer an express delivery option for those customers within 5 miles of either store, where items will be delivered same day* for those “can’t wait situations.” We hope you will join with us to lower our environmental impact in our community by choosing your scheduled delivery day.

Free Local Delivery is available Monday through Friday based on your location’s scheduled delivery day. Order minimums must be met to qualify for free delivery. Please see your scheduled delivery day below.

Weekend / Holiday Delivery Notice

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Any delivery that falls on the 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Years Day would be delayed one business day.

• July 4, 2025 - Friday deliveries will be delivered on Thursday, July 3, 2025.
• November 28, 2024 - Thursday deliveries will be delivered on Friday, Nov. 29, 2024.
• December 25, 2024 - Wednesday deliveries will be delivered on Thursday Dec. 26.
• January 1, 2025 - Wednesday deliveries will be delivered on Thursday Jan. 2, 2025.

Minimums / Maximums & Charges

Min / Max for Free Delivery

• Domestic Pets (Dogs, Cats, Small Animals, & Caged Birds) - $49 min.
• Wild Bird - $49 min.
• Horse/Farm Animal Feed maximum of 10 bags or 500lbs

Under / Over Minimum Charges

• If your Domestic Pet or Wild Bird order is under $49, a $7.99 under minimum charge will apply.
• If the Horse/Farm Animal Feed exceeds 10 bags or 500lbs, a $35 charge will apply.
• Bulky items, such as dog houses, cat furniture, small animal cages, may require additional charges.

A Fuel Surcharge of $1.99 will be added to all orders.

*Express Delivery

For when you need something same day! Run out of food and can't wait? Express Delivery service is available when you PAWSITIVELY need it that day, Monday through Friday.

• *Express Delivery is only available to customers within 5 Miles of either location.
• *Express Delivery cut-off time is 1:00pm for same day delivery.
• *Express Delivery is not available on weekends or holidays.
• *Express Delivery fee is $7.99

*Order minimums must be met, otherwise it is $7.99 Express Delivery fee plus $7.99 under minimum fee ($15.98).
