How can customers manage subscriptions?
Customer wants to edit their subscription
Customers can easily access their subscriptions and modify them by clicking on the magic link that is sent
with every email. If the customer loses the magic link, please reach out to info@agrifeedpetsupply.com and
a new link can be sent via email.
Customer wants to pause their subscription
Customer: The customer can pause their subscription by going to their customer portal and below the
payment method they will see an orange button (Pause my subscription)
Customer wants to cancel their subscription
Customer: The customer can cancel their subscription by going to their customer portal and below the
payment method they will see a red button (Cancel my subscription)
